Commuters are being severely delayed after a collision involving a lorry caused a fuel spill near Charlie Browns Roundabout on the M11.
The A406 North Circular Road Northbound is closed but all southbound lanes have re-opened between the Charlie Brown and Redbridge Roundabouts.
Recovery work on the spillage continues.
