A man will appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow charged with murder following the death of a 26-year-old woman in Goodmayes.
Abu Hussain, 37, of Whitechapel Road, Whitechapel, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Monday) following the incident last week.
Sannah Javed, of Frank Slater House, Green Lane, died from multiple injuries at King George Hospital in the early hours of Wednesday.
Mr Hussain was taken into custody on Saturday by police before being charged on Sunday.
The court said Mr Hussain was remanded in custody following yesterday’s hearing, with the case being sent to the Old Bailey.
