A man has been charged with GBH after a 32-year-old was found with serious head injuries in a Seven Kings street.
James Quinn, 31, of St Patrick’s Park, Newry, Northern Ireland, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court yesterday charged with wounding without intent after an alleged assault on a man in the High Road on Sunday.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and the case was sent to Snaresbrook Crown Court, where Mr Quinn will appear for a preliminary hearing on Monday January 5.
Mr Quinn was released on bail.
