Pupils at Little Heath School, Hainault Road, Little Heath, met 24-year-old Ilford YouTuber Hussain Manawer before singing Happy Birthday to the Queen on Friday.

Ilford North MP Wes Streeting joined Hussain and spoke at the tea party too.

The event with the Internet personality, who is set to fly into space after winning a competition with a poem on mental health issues, was organised by the special needs school’s head of English and humanities Amita Daruvala.

“It was a brilliant day – all the children had a fantastic time,” she said.
