Trains have started running again on the Liverpool Street to Shenfield line after a small fire at Manor Park station stopped services.
The line re-opened shortly before 11am and services are now running with delays.
Firefighters from East Ham and Stratford stations were called to a small fire under a bridge at 10am and put it out by 10.40am.
Train operators Greater Anglia completely closed the lines as a precaution. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
Services were also disrupted earlier this morning because of snowfall on the tracks
