THE emergency services were called to High Road Ilford last night after a car crashed into railings by the side of the street.
The High Road was close by police after the grey Mercedes became entangled in the railings just after 8pm.
Police officers from Chadwell Traffic Garage arrived just before 9pm to clear the wreckage.
An ambulance and a fire crew were also called to the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said no patients were treated at the scene or taken to hospital and that it was “pretty minor” accident.
