A furniture company has been forced to close by the Insolvency Agency for selling low quality goods.
I-Sleep which had a store in High Road, Ilford, was wound up on January 8 following an investigation by the government agency.
The inquiry found a serious lack of transparency over the control of the business.
Chief Investigator at the Insolvency Service Alex Deane said;
“The Insolvency Service works closely with other law enforcement agencies to protect the interests of the public against unscrupulous people.”
