A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after a woman claimed she saw him masturbating in his car.
The woman, 27, told police he was parked in Albert Road, Ilford, with the window wound down “exposing himself and masturbating”.
A Redbridge Police spokesman said officers talked to the man, who claimed he was scratching himself.
The alleged incident was in a silver Toyota at 2.35pm on February 24.
The man, from Ilford, has been arrested and bailed while enquiries continue.
