Would-be High Definition Festival-goers say they have been unable to get their money back after some revellers were turned away because of overcrowding.

When organisers were forced to close the gates, those with legitimate tickets were told they would receive a refund.

It has since emerged that a number of Recorder readers have been unable to get their money back after the event was held on June 29 at Forest Farm, Forest Road, Hainault.

Organisers met with the police on the day and, after reviewing CCTV and aeriel footage of the site, made the combined decision not to allow anyone else in.
