The Health + Lifestyle Show 2013 will be held at the Holiday Inn, in Eastern Avenue, on June 9 from noon-6pm, offering indulgent pamper treatments, free health and lifestyle workshops as well as a chance to shop from local businesses.
Exhibitors will host short demonstrations and live workshops running throughout the day where visitors can participate and pick up valuable tips and ideas.
