A Hainault 22-year-old is one of two men summonsed to appear in court next week after police discovered more than 150 cannabis plants at an address in Buckhurst Hill.

Nicky Hope, 22, of Cardinal Close, Hainault, and Jake Rogers, 22, of Stradbroke Grove, Buckhurst Hill, are due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, December 3.

Rogers has also been summonsed for escaping lawful custody.

It follows the discovery of plants at an address in Queen’s Road at around 4.35am on Monday, January 29.
