Redbridge police have found a working cannabis factory, taking up seven rooms of a residential house in South Woodford.

Yesterday officers from Church End and Roding Safer Neighbourhoods Team searched a property in Hillcrest Road under a warrant.

They found six rooms and a loft full of plants of the Class B drug.

A man was arrested at the scene, after attempting to jump out of a first floor window.

There were no serious injuries.
