Redbridge residents are being urged to get a free flu jab as winter draws in.
Pharmacists are taking part in an NHS initiative to provide jabs to vulnerable groups of people, including the elderly and very young.
If you live in a residential or nursing home, are a health care worker or pregnant, then it is likely you are entitled to a free NHS flu jab.
Pharmacist Reena Kanda said: “People should remember that flu remains a serious threat, particularly for those aged over 65 and those of any age with medical conditions that put them at increased risk from infection and its complications.”
If you are interested in being vaccinated, visit your local GP.
