People from all faiths joined together at each others’ places of worship to celebrated the annual interfaith walk of peace.
The Redbridge Faith Forum event took place yesterday to show how peace is a central message to each faith.
Walkers started at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Coventry Road, Ilford, where Rabbi Becker gave a message of peace from the Jewish Community.
The group then travelled to the Buddhist Vihara in Balfour Road, before heading to the Hindu Temple in Cleveland Road, the Mosque in Albert Road and finishing at the Sikh Gurdwara in Ilford High Road.
