Community figures from all faiths came together for an annual charity event.

The Redbridge Disabled Women’s Welfare Association held its multicultural celebration, which has run for 13 years.

Among the guests were the borough’s mayor, Cllr Ashley Kissin, and the leader of Redbridge Council, Cllr Jas Athwal.

They enjoyed lunch and live music at the Jack Carter Centre, in The Drive, Ilford.
