Orange was the colour of the day at a fundraising event held ahead of Halloween.
Youngsters and their families dressed up for Haven House Children’s Hospice’s first Pumpkin Plod, which took place in Woodford Green yesterday.
The fun kicked off at the hospice, in High Road, at 2pm, with activities including face and nail painting, a lucky dip, games and a warm-up.
The 5k walk, which had a 2k option for small children, then began at 4pm.
Hospice staff used the hashtag #pumpkinplod all throughout the event.
