Dogs and their owners were put through their paces at a dog show and family fun day yesterday (Sun).
Dogs competed for titles such as best trick, best condition and handsomest dog, while fun day visitors enjoyed food and a bouncy castle at the Wanstead Rugby Club, Woodford Green.
The annual event, held by Pheonix Animal Care and Poorly Paws Cat Rescue, saw the preened pooches put through obstacle courses - tackling hoops and seesaws.
Deanna from Poorly Paws said: “It went really well, it was a really good day, unfortunately the rain crashed down but people were still arriving - it didn’t put them off too much.”
