A popular community festival saw crowds of people enjoy the last of the sunshine with a jam-packed day of family activities, performances and live music.

In its 15th year, the Wanstead Festival, which is organised by Redbridge Council, included family activties live music, and arts and crafts.

The community extragavanza, held on Christchurch Green, High Street, on Sunday, saw a range of artists perform on the main stage, including classic hits from the Reggae Choir and a tribute to country, western swing, Bakersfield and bluegrass with the East Lonesome Drifters.
