Free buses for gravel exhibition

Shuttle buses will be provided to take residents from Aldborough Hatch to the exhibition on gravel extraction next week.

Brett Tarmac are holding an information day at Redbridge Football Club, Station Road, Barkingside, on February 25 to answer residents’ questions about the plans to move the extraction area behind St Peter’s Church, Aldborough Road.

The company was criticised by campaigner Ron Jeffries for holding the exhibition outside the area.

They are putting on free shuttle buses from St Peter’s to Redbridge Football Club on the hour every hour, from midday to 8pm. Return buses can be provided on request.
