Ilford residents had the chance to flog their unwanted valuables for hard cash when television show Dickinson’s Real Deal filmed at Redbridge Town Hall on Saturday.
Antiques experts were on hand to look at items at the hall in High Road and people who chose to turn down the cash and go for auction will be hedging their bets at an auction house in Chiswick.
The Ilford discoveries will be featured in four episodes of the show aired on ITV.
The first will be a Christmas special next month.
