A man got stuck on a fence after running out of Goodmayes Tesco yesterday.

Emergency services came to the rescue when a male was found hanging upside down between the superstore’s car park, High Road, and the train line just past Goodmayes station at 3pm.
A London Fire Brigade (LBF) spokesman said the man was involved in an altercation on Wednesday, May 17, in Tesco.
“He ran off, trying to get over the fence which borders Tesco and the station,” he said.
“British Transport Police were called to reports of a man hanging upside down from the fence.
“Ilford Fire Station found a man unconscious by a fence - he might have fallen off by the time we got there.”
The London Ambulance Service attended the incident.
The man suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
