A car crash outside a school yesterday lunchtime saw paramedics and firefighters called to a busy junction to treat two injured drivers.
The accident took place just outside Clore Tikva school, fortunately just after lunchtime.
A London Fire Brigade spokeswoman confirmed they were called at 2.44pm to a car crash at the junction of Fullwell Avenue and Mossford Lane and stayed on the scene for 45 minutes.
David Solomon, who drove past the scene in the aftermath of the crash, told the Recorder there were a horde of emergency services outside the school.
He said: “It looked like they were cutting out a woman from one of the cars, hopefully she’s alright.
“I think one of the cars was a taxi and the driver was being treated for shock.”
A London Ambulance spokesman confirmed they were also called to the scene.
He said: “We sent a paramedic in car and two ambulance crews.
“We treated a patient at the scene and took them to a hospital in north east London.”
