Young writers from Ilford want to hear from others with inspirational stories to tell

Are you passionate about a particular topic or have an inspirational story to tell? Then two budding authors want you to get in touch.
Lashai and Tray-Sean Ben Salmi, of Eton Road, Ilford, are writing their second book and are looking for people who have inspirational stories to tell.
Lashai, 12, said: “We’re looking for people who are passionate about what they do which will inspire other children with dreams and ambitions.
“I’ve met lots of inspirational people like my mum and her friends who inspired me to follow my dreams.”
The Loxford School of Science and Technology, Loxford Lane, Ilford, student says: “I was bullied in primary school but I was inspired to follow my dreams and I wanted to share that with other children.”

She is putting the book together with her eight-year-old brother. He said: “It will be fun and it will be help people learn from the past and be better in the future.”
