A woman decided to dump her ex-boyfriend’s belongings from her car after a row over the phone, the court heard.
Sherniece Green, 21, from Chase Cross Road, Romford, had parked up on Wanstead Park Road after the row, when she decided to dump two polystyrene cool boxes and ice packs.
She was caught after a member of the public spotted her and passed on her registration number to the council’s enforcement team who traced it back to her.
Green pleaded guilty to fly tipping at Barkingside Magistrates Court on Friday last week.
The chair magistrate Mr David Cox fined Green £120, ordered her to pay costs of £450 and a victim surcharge of £30.
Another resident was fined £250 after dumping cardboard boxes on the street in Caterham Avenue, Barkingside, in April this year.
Mayhul Patel, 35, from Roundaway Road, Clayhall, pleaded guilty to fly tipping.

Once again, a member of the public took his registration number and Patel was traced by the council’s enforcement team.
He was handed a £250 fine, ordered to pay costs of £450 and a victim surcharge of £30.
Cllr Ross Hatfull, cabinet member for civic pride, said, “As this duo found out there are absolutely no excuses for fly tipping and we will rigorously investigate and pursue those who dump their rubbish in Redbridge until they get the punishment they deserve.
“These successes at court compliment the work that the Enforcement Team are doing with their new powers to issue £400 on-the-spot fines. We have already issued more than 20 of these fines and we will continue to work tirelessly until people realise that Redbridge is not a place you can dump rubbish and get away with it.”
