Tigers, bears and hippos were a popular choice for youngsters at the Really Wild Things exhibition in Ilford.

Children made paper versions of their favourite animals at Redbridge Museum, Redbridge Central Library, Clements Road, on Tuesday.

The free activity, organised by Vision Redbridge Culture and Leisure, attracted a large group of young people who were clearly enjoying their time away from school.

Ajay Bagga, 11, was extremely pleased with his tiger creation while his sister, Anu, chose to make a happy-looking bear.

A drop-in session will be held for any children who may have missed out tomorrow (Friday) between 10am-5pm. There will also be a chance for youngsters to make their own paper wildlife pond on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the same time.
