Readers have voted overwhelmingly that the Tories’ proposals for a temporary pool in Seven Kings station car park are a “waste of money”.
A poll on our website asked what readers thought of the plan, which would cost up to £2million and last for between two and five years.
Sixty-eight per cent said it was a bad idea and a waste of money, 16pc said it was an excellent plan for facilities badly needed in the area, 13 pc said the proposal was OK but only if a permanent solution was eventually found, and 3pc said it was a good idea.
