Celebrity cage fighter Alex Reid visited a Snaresbrook Primary School on Friday as part of a drive to highlight the importance of eating breakfast.
Mr Reid was joined by singers Lee Latchford Evans and Kerry-Lucy Taylor and fitness guru John Thompson to deliver the Better Breakfast Campaign to children at the school in Meadow Walk.
They put on a series of lessons to teach pupils about breakfast and help them understand what to eat.
The children also enjoyed some fun aerobic activities and games as part of the event.
