A group of children and young people gathered to hang a special piece of artwork they had created for an Ilford park on Thursday promoting community spirit.
The Love board was designed for South Park, in South Park Road, as part of a wider project, which brought together young Redbridge residents from diverse backgrounds inspiring them to work as a team.
Offering a variety of sessions, the project also welcomed a number of young offenders to take part.
Project manager Wilson Chowdhry said: “The artwork will hopefully inspire others to partake in this modern art form, will promote unity and definitely improve the local aesthetic.
“The work is of the highest quality, and we have already received great feedback from the local community with thanks to Kensons Contractors who kindly helped us with the project.”
Some of the artwork produced is now on display at Redbridge Central Library, Clements Road, Ilford.
