Dagenham & Redbridge striker joins Clarets on one-month deal.

Dagenham & Redbridge striker Rob Edmans has completed a one-month loan move to former side Chelmsford City.

The 25-year-old had joined Blue Square Bet Premier side Macclesfield Town in the summer on a three-month deal but returned to the Victoria Road early.

And with first-team opportunities limited at the Daggers, he has now returned to the club which boss John Still had signed him from in July last year.

The loan commences tomorrow and he can go straight into the Clarets side for their FA Cup clash with East Thurrock United on Saturday, but couldn’t feature if the two sides were paired together later in the tournament.
