Work has resumed on a hotel site after builders were given approval to go ahead.
Developers of the 55-bedroom building, a former petrol station in Green Lane, Goodmayes, have now met all of the conditions which had to be determined before work could continue.
Last month, a spokesman for Redbridge Council said a temporary stop notice had expired, but that three conditions were still outstanding.
Developers Silverlake Properties Ltd were awarded planning permission in 2011.
