Volunteers are needed in Redbridge to help elderly people in their area live independently.
Every day charity, WRVS, provides practical services in homes, hospitals and in the community so elderly people can be independent and active.
WRVS are currently seeking to recruit volunteers to help out in a variety of ways including providing help with transport, social clubs and administrative support.
Anyone over the age of 16 can volunteer and full training and induction is provided while travel expenses are paid for.
