A 17-year-old boy has been charged with offences including making threats to kill after a number of incidents in South Woodford.
The teenager, who cannot be named, was arrested on March 1 after five victims were allegedly targeted in three separate incidents that day.
He has been charged with making two threats to kill, affray, possessing an offensive weapon, a racially-aggravated public order and assault.
The teenager will now appear at Barkingside Youth Court on March 24.
