A 15-year-old boy is due to appear in court on suspicion of exposing himself to a 45-year-old woman.
The Ilford teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Barkingside Youth Court on April 7.
The alleged incident took place in Newbury Park on March 25.
