Police investigate alleged sexual assault in Valentines Park

Police are investigating an allegation of sexual assault which took place in a park.

Officers from Metropolitan Police’s sexual offences, exploitation and child abuse command are urging anyone with information to come forward following the incident in Valentines Park near Cranbrook Road, Ilford.

The incident took place between 6am and 6.30am on Friday.

Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

No arrests have been made and enquiries continue.
