Police are making further enquires after they were called to reports of a man and woman having sex in a park.
Officers were called to George Green in Wanstead on Tuesday at about 7.20pm and spoke to a couple at the scene before asking them to leave.
Police remained in the area and conducted patrols afterwards.
Officers are planning to speak to people in the area.
