Police called to fight outside Cauliflower pub in Ilford

Four police cars and a van were called outside the Cauliflower pub in High Road, Ilford, this afternoon to reports of men fighting.
Officers went to the pub’s car park at around 5.15pm and one officer said there had been a report of about eight people fighting with poles.
He described the scene on arriving there though as “handbags” between two men.
Another officer, Pc Bow, said: “It was a couple of blokes having a punch up.
“There were no injuries.”

No arrests were made.
Martin Grabski, the pub’s barman, said the men involved were not from the pub.
