A section of road behind Ilford County Court has been cordoned off by police after a woman was found collapsed in an alleyway.
The woman was found in Connaught Lane earlier today, and has since been taken to hospital.
Connaught Lane and Connaught Road remain cordoned off with several police remaining at the scene.
It is not yet clear what condition the woman was in, but a policeman on the scene said he believed she had been found alive.
