A man has appeared in court accused of murder in a cemetery in east London.
John Nicholles, 52, was remanded in custody by Thames magistrates yesterday, charged with the murder of Peter Charles John in the City of London cemetery at Manor Park.
Peter was found unconscious with a neck injury at around 2pm last Wednesday. He was taken to hospital by air-ambulance, but later died. He came from Ealing in west London.
Nicholles, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody charged with his murder and is to appear at the Old Bailey on August 11.
