A 40-year-old man has been charged with indecent exposure.
Peter Radley, of Naverre Road, East Ham, London, is accused of exposing himself to a female jogger at 5pm on March 3 at the Wanstead Flats, near Capel Road.
He is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on April 4.
