Police are appealing for information after they were called to reports of an assault at a train station.
Officers found the victim, Anti-Knife UK campaigner Danny O’Brien, 50, who was selling poppys, at Seven Kings station on Friday, October 30, after they were alerted at about 5.15pm.
British Transport Police (BTP) confirmed that no arrests had been made and that enquiries were ongoing.
Anyone with information is asked to call 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016, quoting reference 416 of 30/10/15.
Information can also be passed anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
