A Hainault man who is accused of burgling an 86-year-old woman will go on trial next month.
Danny Smith, 39, was charged with burglary, driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
He is accused of targeting a house in St George’s Road, Dagenham on December 1.
Mr Smith, of Manford Way, was remanded in custody until January 9 when his trial will begin at Snaresbrook Crown Court.
