A 20-year-old man has been charged with throwing a corrosive liquid at a person with intent in connection with a late night street brawl in Gants Hill on Tuesday.
Azeem Shafi, of Mansfield Road, Ilford, appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Snaresbrook Crown Court on April 20.
