A Chadwell Heath man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a father-of-two died in a crash in February.
Meriman Rexhmati, 33, of Bengeo Gardens. will appear before magistrates in Chelmsford on August 14.
He was involved in a collision with Ricky Cauchi-Lechmere, who was riding his motorbike in Buckhurst Way, Buckhurst Hill, on February 1.
The 26-year-old, of Bow, had been on his way to see his partner and two young children.
A tribute released by Essex Police following his death described him as a “very popular young man” with a “passion for motorbikes”.
