A 16-year-old boy has been charged with grievous bodily harm following a stabbing in Hainault on Monday.
The victim, 15, suffered multiple stab wounds to his upper body in the attack in Manford Way park around 7pm.
He survived the assault but is being treated for his injuries, which are not thought to be life-threatening, in hospital.
Two other youths from Hainult, aged 14 and 16, were arrested overnight on Monday but have been released on bail pending further inquiries.
