Hassan Sharif, 18, of Merten Road, Romford, is due to appear in court this morning charged with robbery.
Police were called to the bank in High Road at around 9am on Monday after reports a woman who was withdrawing money from a cashpoint outside was robbed.
Sharif will appear at Hendon Magistrates’ Court.
