Three men have been bailed to return to police over the shooting of the co-owner of a Woodford Green milkshake bar.

James Bryant, 24, was seriously hurt after being shot three times at Cakes and Shakes in High Road, on Monday. He is now in a critical but stable condition in an east London hospital.

Four men were arrested yesterday in connection with the investigation by the Trident team at the Met Police. The fourth man remains in custody.

Police continue to appeal for witnesses and ask anyone who can assist with the operation to call the incident room on 020 8217 7355 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
