Ilford plumber faces court hearing after being charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply

A 49-year-old plumber from Ilford has been charged with two counts of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
Andrew Fraser, from Green Lane, is due to appear at Basildon Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
He will appear along with James Bailey, a 37-year-old taxi driver from Henshawe Road, Dagenham, who has been charged with possessing cannabis with intent to supply, possessing amphetamine with intent to supply and producing a controlled drug.
Their arrests follow a routine stop check by Essex police officers on a Transit van in Havering at about 12.30pm on May 20.
Both men appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on May 21 and were remanded in custody.
