Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a 72-year-old man was injured with a bar stool in a pub.

The 72-year-old man was injured after the suspect picked up a stool and threw it at the bar in the New Fairlop Oak, Fencepiece Road, Barkingside, hitting the victim on the back.

The incident happened on February 8 at about 9pm.
