Emergency services are responding to a road traffic incident in Winston Way, Ilford.
The incident is thought to involve a collision between a car and a young cyclist at about 5.45pm today.
One eyewitness, who has not bee named said: “A boy was knocked down on his bike by the car, I could see blood on the floor and people gathering.
“I arrived just as they put him in the ambulance.”
