A collision between a car and a lorry has caused queuing traffic on the A406 North Circular Road in Ilford.
Police arrived at the scene at the Ilford Hill junction at around 3.10pm this afternoon.
London Ambulance service were also called but the driver of the car declined medical attention.
Congestion is expected to Waterwork’s Corner.
